"Soooo we met the way that military couples are made fun of for meeting.... at a school, more specifically a Military Police Investigator course.... at the end of week one. I’m pretty sure I noticed him first but I was just like admiring from a distance and all weird lol butttttt the Thursday before our big test is when I had really noticed him. backstory on Thursday is that our class had decided to do a study date and go for food.... I didn’t know that was code for just drink beer together soooo... I showed up to Buffalo Wild Wings with ALLLL of my study material for our exam on laws of the UCMJ because I was super nervous and had never studied this stuff at all.... well they all made fun of me and that’s just a funny point because we are so different. I was stressed about everything and he was just going with the flow. Ps. You best bet I studied still. Lol anyways Friday rolls around and we could go out and celebrate because we all passed. Well, I was feeling slightly more confident and reached out to him to make sure he was coming out because I wanted to know him more. So he came out... but then I left lol, but he asked me to come back out so I did, the night went super well, but I was starting to be cautious because I wasn’t sure if he was “vibing” as they say with me.... turns out he was because towards the end of the night we were dancing and he gave me “the look”.... and in my head, I said “no no no” but it was too late, he moved in for the kiss, it landed, and literally made my world spin and time stop. Fast fwd through the night and it became late and time for bed and he ended the night like a true gentleman..... “wanna come back to my room” ;) he says lol I said “no, I don’t think that’s a good idea” we parted ways and the next day we began talking and well 2 years later..... I ended up back in his room (smh) and it’s literally my favorite place on earth. Being in the military every odd was against us due to  statistics and the life it leads being in the military but we’ve literally never even considered us a number in those statistics because I believe we remained true and ready."
